Local Governance

Description

This is a local governance framework that provisions 17 offices and 409 operations. Reaching sustainable governance is among the tasks identified within the present-day recognition of creating a habitat of a type one civilization. Among the list, many if not all potential localized governments, and all secondary offices, boards, committees, and commissions may provide a type one governance but all may not be fully represented by any given statutory law and such considerations should be taken upon in finalizing the inclusion and exclusion of any governance knowledgebase. The Ark Earth Proposition suggests good governance by the establishing of a localized Community Information Trust by the creation and membership of the Community Public Records Commission for structural and rules oversight to assure the greater compliance. The following list contains a given potential of seventeen (17) executive models that will subsequently disseminate their regiment of administrative models. The proposed governance operatic fits the type one civilization because of the structural design of the product delivery system in that it provides the ability to change and implement change and models information by dissemination without inconsistent or obtuse structured processes. The included governance model is a template model and may be edited and changes may be rapidly deployed.
